Help us celebrate 150 years of supporting the Texas Fire Service! Send us your fire department history over the past 50 years.
We are including write-ups and photos in a commemorative yearbook!
To ensure we can meet our printing schedule, please send us your write-ups and photos by: August 31, 2026.
Write-ups (~200 words) and photos should be submitted digitally to info@sffma.org. Please use the email title '150th Yearbook Submission'.
Please send photos as either .jpg or .png files, not embedded in a Word file or PDF.

Individual SFFMA memberships are just $4.14 per month, which is less than a latte! Even if your department isn't paying for your membership, the cost is affordable and offers you peace of mind.

New Benefit* from Provident through the SAFER Grant |
|
|
Texas volunteer firefighters now have insurance coverage through Provident. This policy includes a death benefit, impairment benefit, income protection and a first responder assistance program (FRAP).
|
|
|
*Benefits are provided while acting on behalf of the fire district and are a covered activity. Runs through December 22, 2029. |

The SFFMA Education and Travel Grant Committee is sponsoring a raffle to raise funds for the grant. They are selling 1,000 raffle tickets for $100 each.
