FIREZzz Study on Firefighter Sleep - Volunteers Needed

The FIREZzz study is currently recruiting firefighters for a FEMA-funded research study focused on firefighter sleep health, sleep duration, and the impact of emergency call burden on overall well-being. Study volunteers wear a wristwatch-style sleep tracking device, complete a brief daily sleep diary and fill out a questionnaire. The goal is to deepen the understanding of firefighter sleep and support future efforts that improve health and well-being across the fire service.

If you're in the Houston area this Friday, Dr. Billings would like to meet with firefighters at the League City department.
